During my time at JLL, I’ve designed offering memorandums (OMs) and broker opinion of value (BOV)presentations that clearly communicate key investment highlights and strengthen client proposals. I also create custom site plans, maps, and infographics to visually represent property data, demographics, and market insights for commercial real estate listings. By collaborating closely with brokers and marketing teams, I’ve helped produce materials that not only look polished but also drive client engagement and deal activity.
